The engineer came and sorted out some old telephone wiring for me. He was very punctual and polite,
doing a very good job quickly and efficiently. He left everything tidy. His rates are reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.
We had a similar problem to that posted by Mr and Mrs Warren only it was our Sky Broadband that was slower than the tortoise racing the Hare! We also were told that it was our equipment. Lee came and replaced our telephone sockets and was able to give us a report that showed this had made no difference whatsoever. We contacted Sky and within minutes we had significantly faster broadband.
Lees work was excellent and he left everything tidy for a very reasonable price.
We were also grateful for all the advice that he gave us.
Lee did us 2 telephones extensions on March 4th. We are very pleased with his work the wiring is very neat on the outside of our house. Our internet is up and running. Thanks alot Lee.
Lee has just replaced old and worn cable and installed a new master socket, as we suspected it was preventing access to ‘on demand TV’. It made no difference, our download speed was still way below 1 mb. I rang BT, reading the statement he had written for us – that his checks had shown no problem at our end, so it must lie with them.
After insisting we go through all their checks again, they tried to blame my equipment as their speed test would not register. Finally they agreed to raise our speed and I was told to check periodically, but I should expect a ‘substantial improvement’ over the next 24 hours. Within about 10 minutes our speed registered over 7 mb! Many thanks Lee
