He rang me half an hour before he came he came bang on time, he fitted me a new master socket for the Internet in no time,

I needed the master socket moving from my hallway to the front room. Lee did the job in just over an hour. He fitted a new master socket so I don’t need to use a micro filter.
The work was to a high standard and tidy, both indoors and out.
He turned up at the agreed time, was friendly, and charged a very reasonable rate for the job.

We have been plagued for very many months by a landline system that has been degraded by frequent changes in its components over the four and a half decades we have been here. A full hour’s attention by Lee transformed chaos to order. All the good things written below about Lee are completely true and we unreservedly commend him as a technician and a person.
Lee came to replace my very old phone lines in the house. Did a great job and it looks so much better! He was so friendly and helpful and although it’s not the reason why I had called him to come round, when I said my landline hadn’t worked for months he tested the line and then emailed me a detailed report that I could I use for BT.
