Lee you did an excellent job as your correct diagnosis, an outside line fault, was rectified by Openreach after one month. We contacted Talktalk most days but just passed about . Disgusting service from them but Openreach service excellent.

Lee came round to fit a new socket in a bedroom, which did away with metres of cable. He was very quick and efficient and such a friendly guy. Would recommend to any of our friends.

I needed the master socket moving from my hallway to the front room. Lee did the job in just over an hour. He fitted a new master socket so I don’t need to use a micro filter.
The work was to a high standard and tidy, both indoors and out.
He turned up at the agreed time, was friendly, and charged a very reasonable rate for the job.
Lee did an excellent tidying job on our antediluvian landline system which has grown like a weed garden since before we moved here forty six years ago. We endorse everything complimentary that has been written below about his work and personality. Very good value!
We have been plagued for very many months by a landline system that has been degraded by frequent changes in its components over the four and a half decades we have been here. A full hour’s attention by Lee transformed chaos to order. All the good things written below about Lee are completely true and we unreservedly commend him as a technician and a person.
Lee came to replace my very old phone lines in the house. Did a great job and it looks so much better! He was so friendly and helpful and although it’s not the reason why I had called him to come round, when I said my landline hadn’t worked for months he tested the line and then emailed me a detailed report that I could I use for BT.
