After having a bad Internet connection, kept going off all the time, Lee sorted it. Would highly recommend Lee Very friendly and on time
Lee was punctual, did not charge anymore than he quoted. Very Professional and clear, making sure he looked over everything before starting the job. He moved my main telephone and Internet with a brand new double connecting socket, from back of the house to front, he also re-fitted my loose old box and made sure everything was working before he left. Lee has been prompt & professional at all times! Arrived on time. Discussed a number of options with our problematic broadband, checked all over the house for reception before deciding what to do. Moved the router & phone line to the middle of the house (without making a huge amount of mess) & found that we had a problem on our phone line. He emailed a report that same evening which enabled us to contact Sky & discover our phone line had been disconnected at the main switchboard. Would highly recommend Lee for his workmanship & professionalism!

After putting up with intermittent broadband performance for some time

On 8th November 2018 Lee moved our master socket from our loft conversation to our living room. He also fixed a loose cable onto our fascia which he wasn’t obliged to do as part of the job. We were very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship.
Lee moved our main telephone point at a time, date and price promised. Excellent friendly service, no mess. Could not even get BT or sky to admit responsibility to do the job. Price excellent compared to BT estimates online. Would definitely recommend to others.
