We were having a problem with intermittent loss of broadband signal which was impacting our internet use and TV viewing; Lee was able to come out at short notice, diagnosed the fault and got us back up and running very quickly. Thank you!!
Lee came out to us at Hasland chesterfield today, we had a problem with ethenet cable, he quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution, within 2 hours it was fixed. Extremely knowledgeable ex bt engineer and a very nice polite guy, definitely recommend himšš¼

Lee sorted out our awful WiFi amazingly. After 2 visits from BT who our contract is with it was still dreadful, Lee diagnosed the problem instantly and was straight on it. Now have fantastic WiFi everywhere in the house. He also set up an extended WiFi network via Ethernet cable in a garden room. He did a really neat professional job, and is a lovely friendly chap too.
