I had problems with both my broadband and phone line that was crackling. On a friends recommendation I called Lee, who soon identified the faults and rectified the problems.
I found Lee to be polite, knowledgable and professional, initially he listened to my explanation of the problem before diagnosing the faults and discussing the options available to fix them.

I had a problem with old and faulty internal wiring, resulting in a faulty phone line and intermittent loss of connection to the internet. I rang Lee and he was able to come to me the following morning. He Quickly and efficiently identified the fault and replaced the wiring. His charge was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. (June 2014)

I called Lee out to tidy up the telephone wiring in our Nottingham house as it was feeding around architraves and through skirting into our lounge which we were re-decorating. He did a great job, and the wiring is now around the outside of the house so much tidier as well as giving me good ideas on how to improve my broadband speed. Good pricing and reliable, would recommend.
I decided to move my office up into a spare bedroom as my daughter had recently left home. I moved all of the equipment in preparation for an engineer to come the following day to move my phone and broadband lines…they didn’t turn up and didn’t even have the courtesy to call and apologise!!
I then found Lee in the Yellow Pages and he agreed to come out very quickly to do the job required. He called in advance to let me know what time he would be with me, was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently and his prices were very reasonable.

I own a new house but with poor wiring access to my computer. I struggled with this for over 2 years. Finally, I realised a telephone engineer was needed.
