Lee phoned ahead to say he would be with me in 20 minutes which he was. He quickly sorted out the best way to fit a new phone socket in our living room, routing the cable outside so there is no cable, trunking etc inside. He did the job quickly and efficiently despite it pouring down while he was working outside. Everything worked first time which was great. Lee was very pleasant and friendly.
I would be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs any telephone wiring doing.
Lee, the chap who I contacted for my telephone point re-positioning, came as we agreed on time.

We used Lee to replace a telephone point that had been destroyed by some plastering work. We wanted it moving to our lounge, closer to the TV in order to minimise the cabling required for connection to SKY. Our Broadband provider wanted a ridiculous amount of money for the job so we tried “the telephone Engineer”. Lee kept to his appointment a full 2 weeks after we had made it, contacting us before hand to let us know his approximate time of arrival, and keeping to that time. He was able to route the new phone line in such a way as to remove the cabling from sight leaving a neat and tidy job. Would definitely use again.
Lee arrived when he said he would and took time to talk to us about what the best way of resolving our issue was. He did a very good job, was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about what was required. He also took time to make sure that before he left everything was working well. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and we will do so to friends and colleagues.
Lee arrived on time, and fitted a new Broadband cable and sorted out some ancient extensions. He is a neat and tidy worker who has an excellent knowledge of his subject.
He charged a fair price for the work. I would certainly use him again.

Oh what a tangle (of wires) we had in our home……but not any more thanks to Lee. He worked efficiently, effectively and quickly to clean up our ‘mess of wires’ whilst at the same time re-siting the master input box, improving call quality and speeding up our broadband. Very highly recommended.
