Lee added 2 extra lines to my in laws phone line. His work was clean and tidy.
His charges are also very fair. We were all pleased with the work and would recommended him strongly.
Needed phone cable repairing and tidying up and telephone point moving. Called Lee who arrived on the agreed day at the agreed time. Did the required work in short order and at the agreed price. Took all the rubbish away and left the work site neat and tidy. Work done in professionally and in a friendly way. I would unhesitatingly recommend Lee to anyone.
We needed the master socket moved from upstairs to downstairs – rang Lee left message he returned the call immediately. Arranged date and time to suit and gave us a price. Agreed a date and time with Lee to do work on connecting my Sky box to the internet and putting in a new socket. He arrived as planned and phoned us half an hour before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. He gave me a price beforehand and the work was carried out to his minimum price so you can rest assured he won’t try to fleece you. The work was carried out in a neat and tidy manner and he was easy to get along with. I would have no hesitation in calling Lee again if I needed work doing on my phone line or sockets.
When I removed an old NTL box while decorating it broke the phone and broadband connection as I hadn’t realised that the Openreach box had been connected through this. Lee arrived on time explained the options and reconnected the phone line direct to the Openreach box in the new position where I wanted it and checked that everything worked correctly. A good service.
Been to my home today. He’s sorted my telephone socket and stripped out some old broadband points.
