Lee text 20 before arrival to say he would be with me at our pre arranged time and he was. Re located main BT socket to another location, also removed some old cabling that i no longer used. He was very polite, professional and worked in a clean and tidy manor and as I am a lady on her own its nice to feel you have not been ripped off . I will certainly recommend him to friends and Family.
Within minutes Lee had identified the main problem with the main incoming bt line box , which had been apparently fixed in the garage and not the house, removed a faulty extension, replaced my damaged junction box and refitted my computer extension. Very professional and friendly and cost effective. Even the computer speed is much faster. thanks
Lee came at the agreed time and sent me a text message 30mins prior to the appoitment. He ran new cable from the O/H dropwire to a new location at the front of the house and fitted a new master socket.
