Excellent service from start to finish. Lee returned my original phone call, regarding my broadband issue, as promised and gave clear pricing details. He arrived earlier than expected on the day of our appointment but sent a text message beforehand to confirm that this would be ok. The work (relocation of master socket) was carried out very quickly and efficiently and solved the problem which had been created by previous occupants and the use of DIY extension kits. We had changed our server, which disconnected our extentions and broadband service. The telephone engineer was called and said he would be able to reconnect us.
