Just had Lee fix my mum’s telephone and put in an extension for her.
He was really pleasant, punctual and his work was neat, tidy and professional.

Excellent service from Lee, not only did he cure our telephone extension problem he improved the internet performance. Professional, no mess and a reasonable price for the work undertaken. He arrived at the time and on the day arranged. I can recommend his work and his professional attitude.
I rang Lee about a problem with my BT line, Broadband and TV…he gave me a time and date when he could call and turned up 5 minutes early…he explained his charges before he came. The job was not straightforward but Lee sorted it in less than an hour…he is very polite, leaves no mess and is very professional. I have already recommended him to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Don’t bother phoning anyone else…I can confidently recommend Lee.
We had severe crackling and phones kept cutting off lee fixed the problem and changed the master socket for a adsl one phones are fine but broadband not so good but we think the router is at fault, we will see, yes i would reccommend lee he was very profesional.

After trying BT and TalkTalk to move my existing telephone point and re route the wire and surprisingly got nowhere. I called Lee and he had this work done in no time. A pleasant and polite guy who i would recommend to anyone.
Following an accident with a phone cable, I called Lee. He was unable to attend immediately. But gave me a date a couple of days later. He informed me of his charges. But this was still preferable to a BT call out charge.
On the day of his visit, he kept me updated re his eta, which was virtually as arranged. He carried out the repair, which also included replacing a fair amount of old cable. I asked him to carry out a couple of small tidying up jobs, which he did with no problems. My internet does seem faster now.
Lee provided a professional service from start to finish.
