From initial contact Lee proved to be very efficient. He arrived when he said he would, contacting me an hour beforehand, to inform me that he was on his way. He had a difficult and unpleasant job rerouting the wire thro’ my loft but he did it with skill and good humour. Despite taking a little longer than originally planned Lee stuck to the price quoted. From the initial phone conversation to the completion of the job, Lee was very professional. After inspecting the job, he told me his thoughts and discussed the best options for relocating my phone point. Very friendly, punctual, clean and a highly professional service. Would definitely recommend.
Very impressed with the service given by Lee, firstly by calling to say he was on his way and arriving promptly. He accessed the job in hand, mainly to get rid of all the wiring and boxes that were all over the house and installing one telephone point where needed. I would have no hesitation in using Lee should I have any further telephone problems. Any problems with your phone system then Lee is your man.
Lee quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it out, explaining everything as he did so. Tested and re-tested everything to check all was well. As an added bonus he gave me up to date information about my Sky set up and I’m now saving £25 a month for a more appropriate Sky package! Very, very happy with his service.

Lee arived early to sort out our phone. Found a waterlogged junction box poorly installed previously by BT that had caused the problem. Replaced it with a new Junction box fitted correctly and problem solved. Quick, friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. Many thanks
