Lee came spot on time, fixed the problem within an hour showing an incredible knowledge of my problem and gave me some sound advice. I have replaced the faulty phone after he corrected the wiring problem. Such a nice guy, took his shoes off without asking, I am only sorry I dshall not be seeing him again. Lee will not always answer the phone, but calls you back. Arrives on time works hard, cannot fault his work. 10 out of 10.
Will definitely recommend, quick service rang to confirm he was coming day before and turned up on time, brilliant job done with minimal disruption. Very pleasent manner and will not hesitate in having him again for all work required, very reasonable and nothing is too much trouble.

After a long and very frustrating phone call to BT (who, incidentally, after nearly 2 weeks, have still not called back to discuss the fault) I rang Lee. He called back the same day, quickly assessed what needed doing and arranged to visit the next working day. The time slot he gave was between 12 and 1pm but on the day, he was running early, so phoned at 11.30am to ask if it would be convenient to come earlier (which it was). Less than an hour later, the phone line was fixed and for much less than BT would have charged. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
After considerable frustration trying to contact BT I happened upon Lee’s details. He called me back at the end of the day, understood exactly the work that needed doing and organised a visit. On the day he telephoned in the morning to confirm his visit and provided an E.T.A. He appeared on time and did an excellent job. I recommend him wholeheartedly. The job arranged and done on the basis of one phone call at a reasonable agreed price (cheaper than BT without the hassle and time wasting!) Thank you !
