Friendly and efficient, Lee arrived when he said he would and did a great job of a new Master socket. He was neat with no mess left and it works great. Highly recommended.
Called Lee just after start of Covid19 lockdown. Arranged he would call as soon as restrictions permitted. True to his word he contacted us and managed to resolve our problems in a very efficient manner. Listened to our concerns and a very engaging personality. Excellent job would highly recommend Lee.
Lee arrived on time after a text to let me know he was on his way. The problem was crackling on the telephone line; found numerous unused connections which were slowing the system down and also affecting broadband speed. The router was moved to a better position and the result was faster broadband and a clear telephone line.
Lee provided excellent service – would definitely recommend.
Lee came to run an ethernet cable between 2 rooms to connect 2 routers. He came when he said, did what he said and charged what he said although it took longer than expected. Made sure all working before he left.
If I have any phone problems in the future I will contact Lee.

Our landline has been “dead” for several weeks and trying to contact our internet provider about this was near-impossible. Just kept being referred to “online support” which was utterly useless. So I rang Lee. Wish I’d done this in the first place. He arrived dead on time and quickly ascertained that the fault was not within our house. Lee is personable, explains exactly what he’s doing and gets right on with the job. Later, he emailed me his report. I finally managed to get through to a real person at our internet supplier and, armed with the report, requested an engineer’s visit. To my amazement, I was told the fault was indeed outside our property and an engineer has been booked! Thank you Lee for diagnosing the fault and for giving me “ammunition” to back up my request for a repair.
Lee came to move our main phone line so we could have new skirting boards fitted. Not only did he move it but sorted out the multiple lines going in so now we have a single box with nothing plugged in. Excellent job would highly recommend Lee.

Very satisfied with the service Lee supplied. He arrived bang on time after texting to say he was on his way. He took out some of the old wiring, fitted a new ADSL splitter box nearer to my computer. I’m very satisfied with the excellent service Lee gave me. He sent me a text to tell me he was on his way and then arrived promptly. After an initial inspection he explained the various options available and the costs involved. He then worked quickly to simplify my system by removing a load of ancient wiring and putting in 1 single telephone point. If I ever need any more work doing, I’d definitely come back to Lee.
