I would highly recommend Lee, he tested and refitted our existing socket which wasn’t working and managed to get to the bottom of the problem with our second BT line which was not easy as access is difficult and the wiring complicated. He kept me informed throughout and his charges were very reasonable; pleasant and professional too.
We had no dial tone & severe crackling on our phones. BT said there was no fault on the line. Lee came out this afternoon, sorted the internal problem & tidied up the master socket. He was gone within the hour. Thanks Lee.
Lee came and sorted out the ‘mess’ of cables etc and it all looks so much better. He fitted a new telephone box for me in a better location, also did a ‘great tidy up’ of cables upstairs, all in all I am a very satisfied customer. Lee was a really friendly chap and did an amazing and efficient job of getting my parents’, previously rather “creative”, telephone wiring into good working order. He removed all of the no-longer-necessary wiring and installed the new, leaving a very effective and tidy looking installation. Would highly recommend.

Lee is a real find! He is reliable, competent and knowledgeable as well as being a thoroughly nice guy. He sorted out a real mess of wiring and previously bodged installations and left everything neat and tidy. l will use him again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone.
Lee turned up when he said he would. Cheerful, tidy and made a very good job of moving a telephone point to accommodate our router. Reasonable cost.
