Lee came out today to put me in a new master socket and run the wires to the external box. He turned up when he said he would, even ringing me to let me know he was on his way, he did a great job and he was a really nice bloke. Alot cheaper than getting bt out. Highly recommended.

Lee visited my property on 17/01/2018 at 2 P.M. he telephoned me at 1.45 to let me know he was on his way. He found the fault very quickly, carried out internal and external work, made a very clean and tidy job and asked if I would leave a comment on this site, which I am more than happy to do. Lee did a great job for us today sorting out our phone lines, he called before hand, was very prompt and efficient, would definitely recommend.

Lee, recently redirected my phone line and internal master socket in order to allow for direct connection between master socket and router and to improve my broadband speed. Before the start incoming speed was 10Mbp once completed it was up to 35Mbp. Lee was very courteous, tidy, helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
