Lee came round and fitted a new master socket for us. He explained and examined potential options at the beginning as he investigated the existing mass of telephone wires, and even discovered why our current broadband speed was below par (the existing master socket was at the end of a long chain!). We’re now 12-15Mbps better off and the master socket is exactly where we want.
We’ve been having trouble since a BT Engineer moved our router, phone point etc from the hallway to the upstairs study, then when we started having problems & contacted BT, he lied & said we’d asked for it to be put up there?
After months of connection problems, particularly with our smart TV which we purchased over a year ago, we contacted Lee.
He came out looked at the problem, described what he intended doing to resolve the long-standing issue & carried out the work with the minimum disruption.
Everything working perfectly now.
Nice guy, worked hard & solved the problem leaving everything neat & tidy without wires trailing all over the place.
Lee came out to put me a telephone socket in the living room. Arrived at the time agreed and was very polite on entering the property. Job was completed efficiently and quickly at price stated. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
Lee came yesterday to tidy up my wiring supplied and fitted new master box in new position very neat and tidy job no mess work done within the hour and price quoted, polite and friendly would recommend him anytime good job well done.

He moved the main phone socket from the front of the house to the back.
