Lee came to fix a faulty phone socket which he did very quickly, he also tested our line, our broadband connection and our handsets. All in one hour! Excellent service and a thoroughly nice, honest bloke. Would recommend to anyone.
Lee did a super job and got out to us the same week (BT expected us to wait for more than 6 weeks and wanted £35 more for the same job). Unreservedly recommended.
Bad DIY by previous owners of our home had left the telephone wiring in a bad state. Lee gave clear advice and his work was professional throughout. Our phone system is much improved and the broadband is now much quicker. I would recommend Lee without hesitation.

Efficient, polite, arrived on time after sending confirmation text, cheerfully moved a cupboard (and put it back for me) to get to telephone point, and chatty and kind to a 2 year old who ‘wanted to help’ left everything tidy, and broadband now much faster. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Lee came around today to install a new master socket. He not only did this but took some considerable time to find out why our internet speed wasn’t very good. When he left we had 20% faster internet. The best we can get in our area. I would recommend him to anyone. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Lee fitted a telephone extension for my father in law. He turned up on time, did a really neat, professional job. He explained the process, between us decided on the least intrusive way of doing the job despite it being a longer run of cable.
