Had a really really poor internet speed. Spent hours with BT on the phone, explaining, re explaining, explaining again, yet like others on here BT weren’t interested. In comes Lee, understands your issues and explains clearly both what needs to happen and consequent costs. Lee arrived on time, sorted the job out in line with his initial thoughts when making the appointment. Cannot recommend this fella enough. We were getting less than half a meg, following Lees visit we are cruising around 4 meg! and are comfortably streaming at least a couple of devices. Thanks Lee.
Excellent service. Had installed Broadband and had connection problems and what turned out to be further issues with internal wiring. BT didn’t want to know because connection to ‘test socket’ was fine. Lee turned up, on time, systematically checked the house system, found the faults and repaired them. Charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. I have no hesitiation in recommending him – Top Job.
Lee has recently provided a service for me.
The issues were crackling phone line and disruption on broadband.
Since his visit both problems have disappeared.
He was prompt, pleasant, professional and helpful.

Lee told me what the cost of the job would be before making the appointment and he arrived on time. He put in a new second phone socket in another room and sorted out a problem with the existing socket. He was polite, friendly and efficient, completed the work without any problems and tested both phones to make sure everything was working before he left.
