Lee was punctual, very professional and very quickly located where the problem was. He set about remedying the problem with confidence, giving us confidence that he knew what he was doing. He was very clean and tidied up after he had finished. He checked his work before he left and made sure everything was working as it should. We feel we got value for money and would certainly use him again and/or recommend him to others. Thank you, it is nice to know there are people like you around when needed.

Lee was fantastic. The wiring in my house was completely shoddy and I had no phone line that worked! Lee came in and within the hour had my phone line up and running – and he made it that my broadband worked at its optimum speed.
I am sure that I won’t have to, but if I needed an engineer again I would go straight to Lee. He’s half the price of BT, and he’s fab!

After finding out that I had a problem with my phone line connections to my Sky TV boxes, I called on Lee to check the sockets around the house, ascertain which were active and which were not, and to install new extensions where necessary. Lee turned up on time and quickly fixed the dodgy wiring we had inherited from the previous occupants – this meant that all the phone lines became active and further extensions were not needed. I was very impressed with Lee’s knowledge and his ability to quickly fix the issue without carrying out any unnecessary work. We will definitely use him again and recommend to others – a nice bloke and much cheaper than BT.
