Lee arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. He fixed the fault and I felt his charges for his service was excellent
My external telephone cable had perished with the weather (someone had used internal cables outside) and I had no master socket. Lee came on the day promised, instantly appraised the situation and replaced everything without charging the earth or trying to sell me additional bits of equipment. A real star! Since moving into our new house last year we have had repeated issues with our broadband connection disconnecting.
When I investigated, it became apparent that there was no master socket in the house and all the wiring came from an external junction box mounted on the outside of the house.
Lee arrived on time and once he’d got his head around our ‘unusual’ set-up, rewired the external junction box to give a more secure connection as well as fitting a filtering master socket for us.
Since we had the work done, we have had no issues at all with dropped connections and can highly recommend Lee based on the work he has carried out for us.
