Lee has just replaced the master socket and disconnected two unused extensions to simplify the setup. Good communication, arrived on time, and very friendly nice guy. Would absolutely recommend.
Lee did a great moving my master socket from one side of the house to upstairs on the other side. Turned up on time, did the job in a hour and was very tidy.
I would recommend him highly, and if i need any more work doing he will get the call.
I would highly recommend Lee. The price was a lot cheaper than what BT would have charged and he did a clean and professional job in moving my socket to a more suitable place.

Lee was a very efficient Telephone Engineer. I had to wait a fortnight for his availablity but it was well worth it.He phoned before he arrived and came to sort out old telephone cable and the ring tones. A very easy person to discuss your issues with and nothing too much trouble. Found my phones were faulty and recommended replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone having phone issues and much cheaper than BT.
Lee sorted my phone problem and tidied up fixed all my wiring.He is friendly efficient and very effective. Highly rate his work. A nice man.
After changing phone supplier from Virgin to Sky, Sky would only install master socket and not connect upstairs phone socket to which my burglar alarm is connected.
Lee rectified everything in a hour.

I booked Lee to move our main socket, but before his visit we inadvertently pulled out the cable from our socket box. Lee rectified this as well as moving the box within an hour and with minimum fuss or disruption. Lee is friendly, professional and let me know he was running a bit late due to a traffic hold up in Derby.
I recommend him highly, and would not hesitate to call on him again if need be.
Lee moved my master socket from a totally inconvenient place to one which was actually useful. He did this quickly, efficiently and tidily. He was many times more efficient and helpful than the Open Reach engineer that came earlier! I thoroughly recommend him. Brilliant.
