I’ve had some very puzzling faults with my telephones, It didn’t take Lee long to diagnose the problems and sort them out. He was friendly, quick and reasonably priced, knocks BT out of the park. Sorry Lee didn’t see you like a chocolate hobnob with your cuppa until you’d left.

Having had many issues with BT we had to resort to an independent telecommunications company as we had no options left. BT were sure there were no issues with our line and the broadband signal was clear to them. Lee was recommended by another company who were not able to attend for several weeks. I called Lee who discussed possible issues over the phone before booking me an appointment. My son met Lee at our property and he arrived at the time promised having given me prior notice to his arrival. As we suspected Lee could find no issues with our wiring and master socket and very kindly wrote us a report with this information which I passed onto BT that afternoon. All of a sudden BT could then detect a fault with our line and sent someone out on Saturday morning. It turned out to be a wiring problem in their green box!!.
We would recommend Lee any day of the week as he was punctual, helpful and after 2 months finally helped resolve our problem.

After having 4 months of problems with BT I rang Lee. We set a date and time. He arrived on the day and at the time set. It was rather a tricky job to sort regarding the wiring but Lee stayed and sorted the problem straight away.
